We recently were in the process of purchasing a cabin in Como, CO.  Through the property inspection, it was determined that the exterior was not properly maintenanced over the years.  The restoration, re-staining and re-chinking of the cabin comes at a substantial cost.  We needed to have a professional come out and assess the scope of work so we could receive appropriate concessions for the work that needed to be done.

 

 

The Log Doctor made time to come out quickly during the purchasing process and give us a second opinion on the work that gave the sellers confidence that the level of work needed was necessary.  It allowed us to get concessions from the seller for the work that needed to be completed.

 

The property was purchased at the end of October when the weather was cooling down so we didn't know if the work could be completed in advance of winter.   They were able to come out and get the work completed over a couple of weeks.  The stain on the cabin looked great and the work resulted in the interior staying much warmer during the winter months.  The quality of work was excellent and we were very satisfied with the results.  Andrea served as our main contact and was very responsive and professional, and was a pleasure to work with during the entire process.
