Sessa Residence

The Log Doctor completed a full exterior restoration on this residence, renewing the home with a warm, natural finish and long-lasting protection. The project began with complete blasting and grinding to remove worn coatings and prepare the logs for proper adhesion. After applying Penetreat to protect and stabilize the wood, we finished the logs and soffit in Sashco Capture Hazelnut, adding rich color depth to the exterior. The strike and fascia were refinished with a custom 50/50 blend of Sashco Capture Chestnut and Natural, creating a balanced contrast that complements the home’s architecture. We completed the restoration with precise chinking and caulking, using Sashco Log Jam Light Gray and Sashco Conceal Brown Tone for a clean, weather-tight seal that ties together the entire finish.
