The Log Doctor completed a comprehensive restoration and deck staining project for this residence, refreshing and protecting the entire exterior. The process began with full blasting and log grinding, followed by an application of Penetreat to strengthen and preserve the wood. The home was finished with Sashco Capture Hazelnut on the logs and Sashco Capture Chestnut on the trim, fascia, and soffit, sealed with a durable clear coat for long-term protection. Our team also completed detailed caulking between all logs, log corners, and individual checks and cracks to ensure a weather-tight structure. The project was finished by staining the deck with Mesmers UV Plus Natural Cedar, creating a warm, cohesive, and fully restored exterior ready to withstand the Colorado climate.
