Summit Elks Lodge

The Log Doctor completed an extensive restoration and log replacement project for the Summit Elks Lodge, bringing new life and structural integrity to the property. Our team removed and replaced 113 linear feet of rotted logs and damaged window trim, ensuring a solid, long-lasting foundation. The restoration continued with full blasting, log grinding, and Penetreat application to prepare the wood for optimal protection. We finished the lodge with a custom blend of 50% Chestnut and 50% Natural Sashco Capture, sealed with Sashco Cascade Semi-Gloss Clear Coat. Final details included precise chinking and caulking using Sashco Log Jam in Buff and Sashco Log Builder in Wood Tone, resulting in a durable, weather-ready finish that enhances both appearance and longevity.
